Refunds/Replacements
1. Eligibility:

Refunds/Replacements are issued in the following circumstances:

The customer received a damaged or defective product.

The customer received the wrong item.
-
The product did not meet quality expectations (subject to review).

2. Exclusions from Refunds/Replacements:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been in the customer's possession for more than:

7 days for regular a-la-carte orders from the date of delivery.

30 days for bulk orders such as Whole, Half, and Quarter Beef from the date of delivery.

We cannot guarantee the quality of the product if it has not been stored and handled according to our guidelines.
3. Refund/Replacement Process:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund and/or replacement, please contact our customer service team within:

7 days of receiving your order for regular a-la-carte orders.

30 days of receiving your order for bulk orders (Whole, Half, Quarter Beef).

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photographs along with your preference of refund or replacement.

Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement of product. Upon approval, notification of resolution will be sent via email.
Note: We do not accept returns/exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to restock or resell items once they have left our facility. Thank you for understanding.
