Minute Steak

Minute Steak is a pre-tenderized, thin cut that can be used for everyday meals. Due to the thin nature of the cut, minute steaks can be cooked very quickly making them an ideal option for a quick meal.

This delicious cut is sliced to less than ¼-inch thick from the sirloin or round steak. To avoid overcooking, Minute Steaks are best cooked on a skillet and slightly browned on both sides.

Our Minute Steaks come one to a package.

Two Options Available:

  • Organic Grass Fed & Finished Beef: Certified USDA Organic cattle are raised on 100% organic grass from weaning while grazing in open pastures, never in a feedlot. This results in very lean beef with little to no fat content. Always antibiotic and hormone-free.
  • Prosper Steakhouse Beef: Cattle are fed an optimized mixture of grass, organic grass, corn, and distillers' corn grain. Raised and marketed for high-end steakhouses, these cuts offer top-notch quality that you can enjoy at home. Always hormone-free.

Sauteed Minute Steaks


  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 beef cube steaks (5 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard


  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, garlic salt, and pepper. Add steaks, one at a time, and shake to coat.
  2. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook steaks in oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with steaks.
