Perfect blend of chuck and brisket for flavor and texture. Went down to the warehouse to pick up and the guys working there were the best people. Great staff (Andrew was one) and excellent meat. Once you’ve had their meat, you will find it hard (almost impossible) to eat supermarket beef again. I grew up on a farm in the Midwest and Prosper meats brought me back to the memories of the beef I grew up on. Very clean flavor, no antibiotics or steroids, just natural grain and grass fed meat.
