I placed the order and it was delivered in two day. We are a senior couple and share a single Ribeye steak. So I have no problem dealing two of them in s single package but, wish there was a paper between them so they would break apart easier. Really like the quality of the beef and the service.

One of the best steaks I’ve had. I marinated it for a full day in a bit of Olive oil, lime juice, and Kinders steakhouse seasoning. Sooo good and tender.

Love the pot roast. I don’t buy grocery store beef anymore. The quality of this is just to good. Had some leftover grocery store beef still in the freezer and it just does not taste the same.

Bought the 1/2 beef; excellent quality and assortment. Delicious each time we grill up steaks and slow cook the roasts. Can't wait to smoke the brisket. I did standard cuts, but I think next round I'll dive a little deeper into the various cuts.
