15 lb Grill Box Includes:

• 8-10 lbs:
  • Ribeye Steaks (Boneless or Bone-In)
  • New York Strip Steaks
  • Flat Iron, Flank, Skirt, and/or Hanger Steaks
  • Sirloin Steaks (Top Sirloin or Sirloin Tip)
• 2-3 lbs:
  • Flanken Style Short Ribs
• Finished off with Ground Beef or Ground Beef Patties

Organic Grass Fed & Finished Beef (Certified Organic)

Certified USDA Organic cattle are raised on 100% Organic Grass from birth while grazing in open Colorado pastures, never in a feed lot. Very lean beef with little to no fat content. Always Antibiotic and Hormone free.
