Minute Steak is a pre-tenderized, thin cut that can be used for everyday meals. Due to the thin nature of the cut, minute steaks can be cooked very quickly making them an ideal option for a quick meal.
This delicious cut is cut from the sirloin or round steak and is sliced to less than ¼-inch thick. To avoid overcooking, Minute Steaks are best cooked on a skillet and slightly browned on both sides.
Our Minute Steaks come one to a package.
