My new favorite cut!

These Coulotte steaks are the best of both worlds. Tons of beefy flavor, incredibly tender when cooked right and the fat cap tops it off with a rich flavor profile. For the money I’d buy these all day.

Coulotte otherwise known as picanah the queen of steaks. We cooked as one piece black and vblue. We the chopped half and turned onto stroganuff and the other half we served as steaks
