** Place your order now to get stocked up for fall with a quarter beef! Orders ready mid-September.**
Tight on space, but still want the best variety, our quarter beef is the choice for you. Best for couples or individuals, the quarter beef order may fit in most traditional refrigerator/freezer combo units, but we still recommend have a small chest or upright freezer available as it may take up to 5 cubic feet of space.
Our quarter beef ranges from 100-120 pounds of beef (weight depends on Organic or Steakhouse purchase). If you’re looking for a variety of cuts, and are tight on space, this is your best option. Since many cuts do not produce 4 per animal, these cuts may not exist in your Quarter order. We do our best to split these single items between the four quarters so all receive the same pounds of meat. Each animal differs, but our efforts to raise the best animal possible ensure you are going to get the best cuts possible.
The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef, Patties, or Ground Chuck. That means you can get premium cuts such as Filet Mignon and T-Bones for as low as $6.92 a pound.
We don't process Quarter Beef orders until we have a complete cow sold. After placing your order a representative will be in contact with you to discuss the timeline for pick-up or delivery of your order.
