For the hungry family, our whole beef order is the way to go. With the largest variety you can ensure you will get the everyone's favorite cut. Be prepared, as a whole beef order will take the full space of a chest or upright freezer unit, roughly 18 cubic feet of space needed.
Our whole beef ranges from 425-475 pounds of beef (weight depends on Organic or Steakhouse purchase). If you’re looking for the best variety of cuts, this is your best option, as compared to Quarter or Half Beef orders, the Whole Beef order is the only way to guarantee you receive every available cut of meat. Each animal differs, but our efforts to raise the best animal possible ensure you are going to get the best cuts possible.
The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef, Patties or Ground Chuck. That means you can get premium cuts such as Filet Mignon and T-Bones for as low as $6.00 a pound.
We don't process Whole Beef orders until they are placed. After placing your Whole Beef order, a representative from Prosper Meats will contact you to discuss any preference options that may be available for processing your order and to explain the expected timeline for delivery or pick-up of your order.
