I sent in an order on like a Tuesday and got it delivered like two days later! Everything came perfectly frozen with a good variety of cuts! It took up about 3 shelves of my stand up freezer and will last me and my family of 2 quite some time. No hiccups - highly recommend if your considering a switch to direct from farm food.
This is wonderful beef which I highly recommend. In the past they used to ask “where’s the beef “. It’s at prosper meats😆.

I recently purchased a half cow from Prosper Meats and my experience was the best I’ve had yet with butchers. The price was awesome and the amount of meat I got seemed to be more than I had received in the past for similar size cows. So far the meat is delicious, and also, it’s been the best package I’ve ever received.
This is definitely my new meat source, hands down.

I had no idea what tri tip was suppose to taste like, only had grocery store tasteless tri tip. This is like a good steak flavor wise. Super tender

This was my first order with Prosper. I did an online search and found them. I guess you could say this was a blind purchase because I only knew what their web page said about them. I read some of the reviews and made my decision. I can not tell you how pleased I am with the purchase. This meat is great, full of flavor and very tender I could cut it with my fork. I am very pleased.
This steak makes the best fajitas ever. I marinate it and cook it in a cast iron skillet. Just incredible tenderness and flavor.
I have been a consistent customer for the last year and have never had anything bad. This tritip went in the smoker and i finished it in the gas grill…amazing, moist and tender. A True treat!

These bones are a big hit with my dog and any dog that visits us! I highly recommend giving your dog these, they deserve a good natural treat for all the love they bring us.
Great company. Locally sourced. They call their tomahawks steaks cowboy steaks but I call them amazing. Great flavor and great for grilling.

I usually chose chuck roast. Unfortunately you didn't have chuck, so at your sales person suggested an arm roast. It turned out to be equal to or better than a chuck roast.

Strips are heavily marbled and absolutely delicious. I think they were as tender as a fillet but with flavor. One of the best steaks I’ve eaten in 60 yrs !!!
