I grew up on meat straight from our farm. No antibiotics or hormones in those days, just good beef. When I get meat from the grocery store, I always wonder about it. But when I get beef from Prosper Meats, I know that it’s good clean meat like I used to get when I was growing up. Had a group of young adults over for some tacos made from this meat on Saturday evening. They didn’t leave me any leftovers for sure!

Now let's talk about quality. Yum is so understated. Fat cap on ribeye steak was almost melting at room temperature. Tender, so much flavor. We really can't say enough.
